I'm not sure if it makes your hair grow but I'm probably still in the early stages for that so have decided to give it another 3 months to see.

I was recommended these tablets from my hairdresser after clumps of my hair were coming out in his comb. I’d had quite a stressful few months and had been to the GP etc who said it was just stress related. My hair was getting so thin. I’m now on my 5th tub of these and honestly my hair has stopped shedding as much as it was not sure about it being thicker but I’ve certainly got lots of new baby hairs and it certainly isn’t falling out in handfuls. I’ve tried to use biotin in the past and it hasn’t sat well with my stomach but these are great. Don’t think I could live without them now.
