I have used Nutrafol for the past 4 years. My hair went in phases of severe shedding while using the Nutrafol. I have been on Glowa Hair Food now for 60 days, and I have seen less shedding and some hair growth. I am very happy with my switch. I have to buy it in a 3 month 3 supply because I live in the US and it takes awhile for it to ship, other than that, I am very happy with the product!! Will keep buying.

I was sceptical but tried these for hormonal hair thinning and shedding. There has been a massive improvement after 3 months. Noticeable regrowth and filling in of thin areas, plus my hair generally feels thicker. I stopped taking them for a few weeks to see what happened and the shedding started again. So have just ordered another batch!

I really wanted to love this product because I know consistency is key. I committed to using the Glowa Hair Growth tablets for six months, fully understanding that results wouldn’t happen overnight. Unfortunately, I didn’t see much of a difference, which was disappointing, especially after reading so many positive reviews.

That said, I truly admire the brand and what it stands for. While it didn’t work for me, I understand that results can vary from person to person. Just because it didn’t work for me doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. It’s still a great brand, and I’ve even recommended it to others.
